this page was made with a lot of help! listed below are a series of scripts or assets i've used from other sources ^_^ consider this also a list of useful resources for your own coding journey!
- marquee title ticker!
- wobbly text effect (can also be found by clicking the text itself!)
- status.cafe rss feed tutorial!
- css grid generator i use to put together the sidebar layouts and such for each page on my site! it's seriously a lifesaver, go check it out.
- this tutorial from windchime, which helped me begin on this journey of site creation! i've also been shamelessly using their header as a background image trick on all of my pages.
- i dither my images here, using the atkinson dithering algorithm and anywhere from 12-20 colors.
- w3schools is one of the most useful html and css resources out there, if you want to know what different attributes are there's really no better place to look!
- yout.com is a great place to go for downloading mp3 files for music you want to use, and generally downloading youtube videos. it's entirely free, you can only download about 3 or so videos an hour, but (and you didn't hear this here) a VPN bypasses that just fine, since it's using your IP address to check that. you can also give them money, which i'd honestly highly reccomend if you have the means to it is SUCH a useful tool.
- on my hinata shrine, i ended up using this music player! it's still in testing, so if you use it yourself, send feedback to the original creator over at their own neocities! it's worked like a charm for me so far, and i'm so glad i found it.
- the memory zone isn't released yet, but the image-changing javascript thats used there is from this stackoverflow post. i still have no clue how javascript works so when it's done for me and works out of the box it feels magical
- anything else i use, i'll continue to link here!
